Xavier School Aspirants Badminton Team-A finished 1st Runners-Up in the Philippine Athletic Youth Association Aspirants(15-Under) Tournament hosted by Xavier School last September 15.

XS-A swept the group stage shutting out La Salle Greenhills – B, Claret School of Quezon City, and Colegio San Agustin. XS-A then faced, and prevailed upon Ateneo de Manila University in straight sets in the semifinals.

The finals saw XS-A breezing through the Doubles event, but De La Salle Zobel dominated in Singles to win 2 – 1.

The members of the XS Aspirants badminton Team A are:
