Join XAVIER SCHOOL’s FAIR BAZAAR on
8-9 February 2025 (Sat-Sun)
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Dear Prospective Fair Bazaar Concessionaires,
Xavier School will hold its annual school fair on 8 (Sat) – 9 (Sun) February 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Through the school fair bazaar, we raise a substantial portion for the Alay Kapwa Fund that will aid the school’s various beneficiaries such as outreach programs of the student council and donations in times of typhoons and natural calamities. Your participation will be a valuable contribution to this worthwhile advocacy of the school.
WHO CAN SELL?
Bazaar space is available to interested non-food concessionaires except for tutorial centers, preschools and other related educational learning centers.
WHAT NOT TO SELL?
Concessionaires are NOT ALLOWED to sell ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- toys and items that promote violence and pornography
- real animals and pets
- comic books, trading cards, and the like
- pirated goods and contraband materials
- any item that espouses violence and moral decay (e.g. pointed objects, party/snow spray, etc.)
- any item that poses a health hazard (e.g. laser pens, confetti spray, hair color spray, henna or permanent tattoo)
- any product that has no educational value
COST and OTHER DETAILS:
Booth fee for two (2) days:
- P6,000 (9ft x 5ft)
- P3,500 (4ft x 5ft)
Three (3) monobloc chairs will be provided and electricity (upon request). This also includes two (2) IDs who will be manning the booth. Concessionaires are requested to provide their own table.
PROCEDURE:
If you are interested in securing a bazaar space, please fill out the downloadable BAZAAR CONCESSIONAIRE APPLICATION FORM below or secure a copy at the Information Desk at Gate 2, Central Administration Building.
Fill out the form properly and completely with a detailed and specified items and price list. This will be used to compare items with other concessionaires. Identical items with other concessionaires who submitted their application form earlier will be cancelled from your list. Please email the filled out application form to fair-bazaar@xs.edu.ph
First-come, first-served basis. ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE FAIR BAZAAR COMMITTEE. You will be notified by email of approval of your application. Please pay the fee at the Accounting Office upon approval of the application form. No refunds for cancellations.
The Fair Bazaar Committee expects all concessionaires to provide quality products, reasonable prices, honest transactions and good customer service. Neither the Fair Bazaar Committee accepts responsibility for the loss or damage of a concessionaire’s merchandise. Concessionaires are urged to take all precautions necessary to ensure that merchandise is carefully guarded against theft and/or damages.

14 October 2024 (Mon) to 24 January 2025 (Fri)
We will only entertain walk-in applicants Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (with lunch break).

Offices will resume on 4 November 2024 (Mon)
- Christmas break from 19 December 2024 (Thu) to 4 January 2025 (Sat)
Offices will resume on 6 January 2025 (Mon)
