Xavier School will once again activate the Electronic Circular (eCircular) Service starting this month of July. Please be informed that all circulars will be sent through the following:

Kindly email to registrar-update@xs.edu.ph for the following:

1. changes in your email addresses
2. questions and concerns regarding the eCircular Service

We will be sending this same letter on July 20, 2022 as a test circular. If you do not receive the test circular, please do the following:

1. Check if the test circular is in your SPAM Folder
2. If the test circular is not in the SPAM Folder, kindly email registrar-update@xs.edu.ph with the following information:
   1. Name of Student
   2. Grade Level
   3. Student Number
   4. Name of Father
   5. Email Address of Father
   6. Name of Mother
   7. Email Address of Mother
