Dear Kindergarten to Grade 12 Parents,

 

Xavier School will once again activate the Electronic Circular (eCircular) Service starting this month of July.  Please be informed that all circulars will be sent through the following:

 

Kindly email to registrar-update@xs.edu.ph for the following:

1. changes in your email addresses
2. questions and concerns regarding the eCircular Service

 

We will be sending this same letter on July 2, 2021 as a test circular.  If you do not receive the test circular, please do the following:

1. Check if the test circular is in your SPAM Folder
2. If the test circular is not in the SPAM Folder, kindly email registrar-update@xs.edu.ph with the following information:

a.    Name of Student

b.    Grade Level

c.     Student Number

d.    Name of Father

e.     Email Address of Father

f.      Name of Mother

g.     Email Address of Mother
