Subject: INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID PROPOSAL FOR THE XAVIER SCHOOL SPORTS CENTER CAFE OPERATIONS

Dear Sir/Madam:

Xavier School is inviting prospective food providers to bid for the school’s Sports Center Cafe, located at Gate 4 of Xavier School, Xavier St. West Greenhills, San Juan City.

Among the basic services required is to provide high-quality food and beverage services to students, faculty, staff, and guests, ensuring a positive dining experience and adherence to school, as well as health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Please see attached bid form and other important information pertaining to the Sports Center Cafe operations.

Kindly submit your bid sealed in a long brown envelope and addressed to the Campus  Operations Director  (Gate 2, Xavier School Central Administration Building) on or before Friday, 18 October 2024.  Late submissions will not be considered.
